Cashew, date and peanut butter balls
Recipe makes 50 balls
390 gm natural cashew nuts
500 gm dried pitted dates
2 tblsp natural smooth peanut butter
4 tblsp maple syrup
Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor until the mixture begins to start to form a dough.
Scoop out tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls.
Keep in an air-tight container in the fridge.
