Conversations with Oday

Words by Oday.

I don’t know how Oday stands it. His family, and his people are once again being starved to death while the world watches on. No food, no essentials, no water, no electricity, no fuel, no water. He also must watch on as powerful influences in the west continue to make inroads in making even the criticism of the entity responsible illegal.

Yesterday was International Woman’s Day. Oday’s mum is not much older than me. He has two beautiful sisters. In Gaza over the last 17 months thousands of women have been killed as the world watches on. I don’t know how he stands it.

At 21 years of age, my friend Oday shoulders the heavy responsibility of being the sole financial supporter of his beloved family in Gaza. If you could help in any way, it would make a difference and also send a message of kindness.

To help Oday and his family the best way is to donate directly to their fundraising accounts:

Oday’s GoFundMe Account supports his whole family and is their only means of support:

Oday’s sister Ameera also has a fundraiser for her and Oday’s nephew Amir:

You can donate to me at the shop.
