Jan, celebrating 75 fabulous years with the Your Face, Your Story Project.
Jan and I met at dawn for her Your Face, Your Story Project shoot and we were planning on heading east for the sunrise but there was no sun. There was however a very deliciously misty mountain, and magic was in the air so that was the direction that we went!
I love how Jan views her age. She says that her life experience has enabled her to see things more rationally and clearly than in her younger years. I asked Jan what she would say if she could go back in time and talk to her younger self and she said, “I would tell her to be herself and not be afraid of daily challenges and follow her dreams.:”
The Your Face, Your Story Project is a project of inspiration celebrating the lives of 40 women over 40 and challenging the stereotypes of women and ageing.
