Stef, a Water Warrior

In Stef’s words:

“I wanted to get into the water because I like the water and wanted to get some exercise. I joined the Metaqua to meet new people and make new friends.

I am from Tenterfield and don’t fear anything about the water, but I love how the water makes me feel and how it relaxes me. Being in the water helps me socially, mentally, and physically.

I am moving a lot better in the water now and I am also making new friends every time I go to class.”
